• Payments are only accepted through Bank Transfert and PayPal
• Do not send me the commission payment until I have agreed to work on your commission and have given you a set price for it.
• I do not start commissions until paid in full.
• I do not refund once I have started sketching / working on the commission.
• I will refund if there is a legitimate reason as to why you need the refund or I have not started the commission yet. I also refund if I do not want or are unable to work on your commission.
• Any big Changes Requested for the commission, must be requested during the early stages, the sketch stage, of the commission. 
• If you start to request changes, it will push your commission back and I will work on other commissions while working on yours. I will not make other commissioners wait while I change yours due to your request. 
• Any changes, not in the form for information on how you would like your commission, may become extra charges if mentioned too late.

• Commissions are for personal use only*
• You (the costumer) CAN upload the commissioned artwork to websites and social media, use it as an avatar or wallpaper as long as credit is given.
• You can NOT trace, copy or alter the artwork
• You can NOT make profits from the commission (reselling, prints, Merchandise, show the artwork for subs or donations on Twitch etc.)*
• You can NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes*

*unless discussed previously, in which case additional fees must be paid

• You are NOT allowed to use my art for or upload my art to NFT websites or AI learning websites
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork
• I reserve the right to post the artwork online and use it for promotion in my portfolio as well as in publications like art books, Merchandise and prints (Since I work for mangamerch.de, some drawings will maybe be available to him for merchandise, unless previously discussed. If you dont want me to use it, you must tell me.)
• I will not claim intellectual property over the character, except it is a design made by me 

*If you want to sell the commissioned work as Print, Merchandise or something similar, you need to pay an additional fee that needs to be discussed.

•  You (the costumer) CAN upload the commissioned artwork to websites and social media, use it as an avatar or wallpaper as long as credit is given
• You CAN trace, copy or alter the artwork if you mention it in the Post or Merchandise you use it for
• The Artwork itself includes commercial right for Social Media and Streaming
• The Design includes FULL commercial right also for Prints and Merchandise

This means: If its a Designed character made by me, you CAN use it to commission other artists to make Art that you will use for Prints and Merchandise. Only the drawing of the design that I made first may not be used for merchandise, unless it has been discussed beforehand.

• If you use something designet by me on social media, please also credit me somewhere in your profile or a seperate Credits-File.

With your finished commission you will usually receive all the files that I can provide you with.
These are

•  2 JPG files with and without watermark
•  1 PNG file of the character
• Sometimes even a Timelapse Video (If I remember to activate it as soon as I start working on your commission.)

A Photoshop file is only included with a commission for a VTube model.

If you still want a CSP or Photoshop file of your commission, for example to change the colors yourself, you have to pay an additional fee of 50% of the commission price und you will get the CSP and Photoshop File and the rights to make changes on your own.
